Marco would like to have his own website that he can maintain and update himself.

About Marco

Marco was a participant of the HackaHelath Hackathon 2022 and is a huge fan of the event since then. He is a 42-year-old man who lives in Lindli-huus in Schaffhausen and likes to be on the computer in his free time (and during work hours in the studio). His favourite food is Pizza Gorgonzola.

Challenge

With outside help, Marco has already had a website created once in the past ( https://marcodasbinichsh.wordpress.com/ ). However, this keeps crashing and is not easily accessible to him. So Marco wants a website where he can upload information from himself and maintain it independently.

Solution

The team fully developed a webpage using Google Sites. The development was done while getting constant feedback from Marco about layout, colors, and webpage subsections. The webpage is way easier to use and maintain than the previous that Marco had. The team added some new features that were not in the original webpage: A direct view of FC Schaffhausen webpage, where he can see realtime updates of his football favourite team and a commentaries section where people can leave him some comments, and he can reply to.

Furthermore, the team wrote a friendly user manual for Marco with instruction on how to manage the webpage, and created a QR code that can be scanned and directs you to Marco's webpage, so people can easily check it out Also, his new webpage is also smartphone compatible All in all, Marco has now a webpage that is much more appealing and easier to manage, as he wished.
